Print Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee
I am confident your print will move you the way the original did. If it doesn’t, here’s what I offer:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Email info@nickv005.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—including shipping—no hassle. Issues not reported within 7 days may not qualify.
Change of Mind
Since every print is made to order, I don’t accept returns or refunds for change of heart. Look hard before you click. Make sure it fits the wall, the mood—the reason you’re buying.
Limited Edition Prints
These are collectible. Only a handful will ever exist. So they’re final sale unless something’s wrong when it shows up.
Original Artworks
Charcoal. Graphite. One take. No returns. All sales final. Ask questions first. I’ll tell you if it’s worth the space in your life.
